Sutton - Gormally Mr Matthew Joseph Sutton, elder son of Mr and Mrs Stephen Sutton of Hutton Roof and Dr Alexandra Marie Gormally, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs Terence Gormally of Hest Bank, were married at the Midland Hotel, Morecambe, followed by daytime and evening reception. The bridegroom is Director of Kirkby Lonsdale Coach Hire and the bride is an academic. The bride was driven to the Midland Hotel by the groom's father in his vintage Chenard et Walcker 1929. Given away by her father, the bride wore an ivory, fine tulle gown embellished with lace and crystals and carried a hand-tied bouquet of mixed blooms. The four bridesmaids wore floor-length burgundy dresses and carried hand-tied bouquets to match the bride's.
